Top Quality Paint Job

Mark Maylam & Sons recently did external paint work on our large 4 bedroom detached house and garage. They were very thorough, worked diligently, were neat and tidy, and did a great job. A few bits of additional work were added to their list while they were onsite, and they too were done with precision and care. Although the weather was challenging for a few days they finished on the agreed date. We are very happy to recommend Maylam & Sons, and will be using them again for any additional paint work on our house. 

Mark and his team completed an excellent exterior and interior decoration job on the large house where we have a ground floor flat. There are over 30 windows! Many of the windows needed refurbishing and were in a poor state. He carefully worked on each window and completed them all to an excellent standard. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Mark came highly recommended by my neighbour and I had noticed myself how hard he and his team seemed to be working on their job. I was impressed by his manner and work ethic and the speed and efficiency with which he delivered their quote. The price was competitive so I had no hesitation in using them. The quality of the work was very good and the team were polite and professional. I am extremely happy with the finished job, it puts the work other contractors have done for some of my other neighbours in the shade. I would go straight to Mark again for any more painting jobs.

Great team, great service, quality finish

When Mark and the team arrived at my home, it seemed a mammoth task to re decorate the house from top to bottom ready for sale. I can confidently say that it was a real pleasure to have them work for me. they are polite, tidy and pleasant to have around. I trusted their judgement, and we discussed options as we went. With both traditional roller and super efficient spraying techniques, they applied both to ensure that the best job was done in the most effective and efficient way. The Finish is excellent, including painting the kitchen cupboards, a difficult job that many would shy away from.
